Shipping & returns Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Contact support@afifjewelry.com for return eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, complete, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be returned with its original jewelry box or pouch, protective materials, product accessories, and any other components included with the order. Sets and earring pairs must be returned complete. Adjustable rings must not show damage or permanent distortion caused by excessive bending.
Customers should contact support@afifjewelry.com with their order number and reason for return before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization, items sent to an incorrect address, or packages sent cash on delivery may not be accepted. within 30 days of delivery.
